Coinhub Wallet
Edge licenses our account management infrastructure to Coinhub for their Wallet application that's found in the app stores. This allows them to focus on their main business as a crypto exchange, while we handle the self-custodial account security for any funds held in their app.
In the background, any cryptocurrency the you hold within the Coinhub Wallet, is technically held inside of an Edge account. Your username and password (PIN optional) that you set for your account, could equally be used within the Edge app to access your holdings.
For this reason, account troubleshooting issues are best directed to our support. You may use the chat bubble below to start a conversation.
Edge is a separate company and does not share records with Coinhub.

Coinhub is primarily a Bitcoin ATM network, with kiosks located all over the globe, allowing anyone to easily purchase cryptocurrency with cash.

If you've recently purchased some cryptocurrency from any ATM, there is often a processing delay of around 2 to 24 hours before the ATM actually sends any coins.
