Buying and Selling Cryptocurrency in Edge
Edge makes it easy to buy and sell cryptocurrency directly within the app through our trusted partners. Here's how:
Accessing Buy and Sell Options:
Open the Edge app.
Locate the "Buy" and "Sell" buttons at the bottom of your screen. These are typically the two middle options.
Selecting a Partner:
Tap either "Buy" or "Sell."
You'll see a list of available options specific to your country or region. Only the options displayed are available to you.
Choose the option you wish to use for your transaction this will select a partner.
Completing the Transaction:
You'll be directed to the partner's platform to complete the transaction.
Follow the on-screen instructions and provide the necessary information.
Buying: After successful purchase, the partner will deposit the cryptocurrency into your selected Edge wallet.
Selling: After you send your cryptocurrency to the partner, they will deposit the equivalent fiat currency (e.g., USD, EUR) into your provided bank account.
Important Notes:
Regional Availability: The available buy and sell options are determined by your country or region.
Edge's Role: Edge facilitates access to these partners but does not handle the actual transactions.
Data Privacy: Edge does not store any private or sensitive customer data related to these transactions.
