Users can now create EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) wallets from pre-existing EVM wallets such as Polygon MATIC, AVAX, and FTM.
This allows users to view the same private key on different chains. A useful application of this is to find tokens that may have been sent to the wrong network by accident. Such as BEP20 (Binance tokens) sent to an ETH wallet.
Users can perform this action by tapping into any of your EVM wallets and then tap the three vertical dots located at the upper right.
- Tap on "Split Wallet" and then toggle on the networks you wish to split or have visible with that key.
- Tap Next and then review, change names if desired. Changing names can help prevent confusion in the future.
- Tap Split Wallet and you will now see the newly created wallets from that private key.
