Authorize Device

If you are logging in on a new device, or after a fresh install of the Edge app, you may encounter one of the security screens below.

When logging into your account on a new or unrecognized device, or after a fresh reinstall of Edge, you may encounter one of the security screens below.

This notice is informing users that they must wait a limited Security Period before their account is released for this new login attempt.

Entering the 2FA code for the account (if this was setup prior to losing access), or accepting the new login attempt from another device which is still logged in, will allow you to bypass this immediately.

The minimum security period is 7-days, but if your security period is over 30-days, you can appeal for a reduction.
