Battery saver mode can hinder the Edge app's ability to function properly. Please disable any power-saving mode on your device before using the Edge cryptocurrency app.
To disable Low Power Mode on your iPhone:
Open Settings on your iPhone.
Scroll down and tap Battery.
Look for Low Power Mode. If it’s enabled, the toggle will be green.
Tap the toggle next to Low Power Mode to turn it off (it will switch to gray).
To disable Battery Saver or Power Saving Mode on your Android device:
Open Settings on your Android phone.
Scroll down and tap Battery (or Battery and Device Care on some devices).
Tap Battery Saver or Power Saving Mode. If it’s enabled, the toggle will be highlighted.
