As of version 1.9.3, Edge introduced support for the Binance Chain (BNB) cryptocurrency. Edge cannot support more than one asset with the same name, therefore the native support for ERC20 BNB was removed. You can still access your ERC20 BNB in Edge by following the steps below. Note, because the currency code of ERC20 BNB conflicts with Binance Chain, you will only be able to see ERC20 BNB transactions and balances. You will not be able to use it in the in-app exchange screen or see the fiat balance.

To see your ERC20 BNB in Edge you need to add it as a new token. Tap on your ETH wallet and then tap Send. This will open the camera so you can scan this QR code:

The QR code decodes as "ethereum:token-0xB8c77482e45F1F44dE1745F52C74426C631bDD52?symbol=BNB2&decimals=18&name=BNB" which follows the EIP-961 proposal.

Scanning this QR code will take you to the Add Token screen where you simply save the token details. Your ERC20 BNB will appear as BNB2 to avoid currency code conflicts with Binance Chain.
