How do I set the mining fee?

At the Slide to Confirm Screen, tap the 3 dots on the corner.

Next tap on Change Mining Fee.

Select from the preset options of High, Standard, or Low. You can also tap on Set Custom Mining Fee and enter your own rate as you see fit.
