1) Log in to your Edge account

2) Go to Settings

3) Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Send Logs

4) Enter your email address in the notes box that appears

5) Tap Done

Our team will then be able to locate your log files, which will help us troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.
