In this event, please reach out to directly to Kado Ramp by email to support@kado.money and explain the situation. Include your order number, and the IMAD for your wire transfer and/or any sender info or actual wire details. They will then forward this information to their partnered bank (Bridge Ventures) to manually match the payment and resume processing for your order.

I did a wire transfer and forgot to put in the reference code. I am not sure how to handle this and where the funds are, Am not able to get hold of customer support. Any thoughts on how to fix this.
