If you recently sent funds to your Edge account, please do the following to check on the status of transaction:
1) Check that you have a stable internet connection or the wallet may have trouble detecting the transaction. We recommend that you try switching between WiFi and cellular data, and possibly alternative WiFi networks to allow the wallet to detect the transaction.
2) Check that Edge has permissions to access the internet. This can be found inside your device's general settings.
3) Double check that the transaction was sent to the correct address.
4) Go to https://insight.bitpay.com and enter the address that the funds were sent to, or the transaction ID, to see if the funds were successfully sent.
