Cred has filed for protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy code on November 7, 2020.

Lost Funds

Currently the court proceedings are being held and there is no way to determine how much if any funds will be returned to users.

What can you do?

Edge encourages all users to follow the steps below and reach out to Cred personally.

Currently all inflows and outflows are stopped and users can go to this site https://www.donlinrecano.com/Clients/cred/Index to get more details on Chapter 11 and review process on how to file a claim.

Steps to access Cred Dashboard:

Go to this URL https://earn.mycred.io/edge

Click Log in

Click Forgot Password

Enter email address used when signing up with Cred

Click Reset password

Once you get the email click the link to reset password

Now log into Cred dashboard by accessing https://earn.mycred.io/edge and entering your new credentials

NOTE: Users will not be able to initiate any transaction or move funds. The login provides read-only access to Cred’s dashboard

Edge is following the court proceedings and will be in constant communication with Cred. Our goal is to try to recover as much of Edge users funds as possible.

Edge has many partners that allow our users to user their cryptocurrency in different ways. Edge does not provide financial advice and informs all users that the services they are using are not part of Edge (see picture below). Any user that submitted funds to Cred did so with an agreement between the user and Cred.
