Battery Saver or Power Save mode.

Battery saver mode can hinder the Edge app's ability to function properly. Please disable any power-saving mode on your device before using the Edge cryptocurrency app.

To disable Low Power Mode on your iPhone:

• Open Settings on your iPhone.
• Scroll down and tap Battery.
• Look for Low Power Mode. If it’s enabled, the toggle will be green.
• Tap the toggle next to Low Power Mode to turn it off (it will switch to gray).

To disable Battery Saver or Power Saving Mode on your Android device:

• Open Settings on your Android phone.
• Scroll down and tap Battery (or Battery and Device Care on some devices).
• Tap Battery Saver or Power Saving Mode. If it’s enabled, the toggle will be highlighted.
