Intermittent synchronization issues have been showing up with some Monero wallets recently. We utilize MyMonero plugins to enable users to take XMR mobile, and not have to download the entire blockchain to their cellphone.
After a series of botnet attacks on their servers and the significant rise in XMR activity lately, the MyMonero scanners may require more time than normal to pull your blockchain data into the app.
Just as with sync issues on any blockchain, your funds are safe!!
If immediate access to your XMR is needed, you can carefully export your private keys into an alternative wallet client, like the Monero GUI Wallet or Feather. Before going through an export/import process, you may try simply waiting some time before doing a manual 'Resync' on your XMR wallet.
To attempt this, locate your XMR wallet from your Assets page, and hold down or long-press on it to quickly pull up the menu for that asset. Here, you will find the option to resync. Confirm the resync, and after about 1-3 minutes, you may see your full balance and transaction history load back into your Edge account, so long as it can successfully connect to MyMonero serves at this time.
