AVAX Sync Issues

AVAX will not sync new transactions and tokens will be stuck at 50% sync until our next release. 

This was caused by a switch to a new explorer. Our previous explorer Snowtrace (https://snowtrace.io/) has shutdown.  

We will be switching to avascan.info in our future release of 3.23.0

Your funds are safe and you can still send and receive. 

NOTED ISSUES: 

1. AVAX (and tokens) will get stuck 50% sync circle
2. Tx List will be blank (if resynced or new login). Otherwise, will show old tx history but not show new txss
3. Balance will be displayed correctly
4. Able to still send/stake/unstake
5. This affects 3.22.0 Live and prior any old builds
6. This is fixed in 3.23.0
