How to Use Cash App Pay in Edge
MoonPay is a third-party provider available through Edge for eligible Buy and Sell transactions and Cash App support. The options shown depend on your location and order. For general navigation, see Buying and Selling in Edge.
Before starting:
Your Cash App and MoonPay accounts must belong to the same person and use closely matching registered names.
Your stored Cash App balance must cover the transaction. A linked card or bank account alone cannot fund a MoonPay Cash App Pay order. Simply load your Cash App account with any other linked payment method if necessary.
Buy crypto
In Edge, tap Buy and enter your location, receiving wallet, asset, and amount.
Select Cash App Pay (powered by MoonPay). If it is not shown, it is not available for that order.
Continue through MoonPay checkout and ensure Cash App is selected.
On first use, approve the MoonPay connection in Cash App, confirm the payment, and return to MoonPay.
Track the order by checking your confirmation email. After processing, MoonPay sends the purchased crypto to your selected Edge wallet.
Sell crypto
Warning
Each MoonPay Sell order has a new deposit address. Do not send additional funds to any address from a previous MoonPay order. A confirmed blockchain transfer cannot be canceled, and a transfer sent with incorrect details may be unrecoverable.

In Edge, tap Sell and enter your location, asset, and amount.
Select Cash App Pay (powered by MoonPay) as the payout option.
Continue through MoonPay checkout and ensure Cash App is selected.
When returned to Edge, review the order details and "slide to confirm" the transaction.
Track the order by checking your confirmation email. After MoonPay processes the crypto deposit, it sends the payout directly to your Cash App balance.
