Supported assets
You can swap native NYM with:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
Tether (USDT) on Ethereum
USDC on Ethereum
NYM on Ethereum
Swapping from native NYM to BTC is not currently supported. The MAX swap feature is not yet available for USDT, USDC, or NYM on Ethereum.
Before you start
Update Edge Wallet to version 4.50.0 or later.
Have a native NYM wallet and a wallet for the other asset you want to swap. Need help adding one? See Adding assets to Edge.
Make sure you have enough of the sending asset to cover the swap and its network fee. Ethereum tokens also require ETH for the network fee. See Why do I need ETH to send Ethereum tokens? and What are the fees when using Exchange?.
Swap NYM
Open Exchange.
Tap Select Source Wallet and choose the asset you want to swap.
Tap Select Receiving Wallet and choose where you want to receive the swapped funds.
Enter the amount.
Review the quote, including the exchange rate, limits, and fees.
Slide to Confirm.
The available rate, limits, and fees are shown in the live quote and may change before you confirm.
