On May 18th, 2026, Bitcoin Depot shut down its kiosk network during a Chapter 11 wind-down, and some users may have deposited cash without receiving the BTC.

Kiosk purchase support:
A small number of users who made a kiosk purchase during the transition period, may have yet to receive their purchased bitcoin. If this applies to you, recovering the funds will require making a claim with their restructuring administrator, as Edge cannot recover the funds directly. Details on this can be found in their official announcement above.
Migration to Edge app:
