Buying -
If you have funded your account for the first time by making a purchase of cryptocurrency, please do not be alarmed if you don't see the funds right away. Some processing time is normal and required for a Buy or Sell order to completely settle, so if your payment was successful, you can expect an exchange transaction to be fully completed in about 4 to 72 hours.
Edge does not have access to your order information because this data is encrypted on your device before it is submitted to any of our integrated exchange services. For this reason, if you suspect any issue or have any questions about the status of a recent order, you may first want to reach out directly to the exchange company that facilitated the order. You may have already received an email from them, so check your inbox for any records. No changes will be seen within your Edge account until coins are delivered. Contact info for our swap partners can be found here: Contact Support & Exchange Partners

If you recently sent cryptocurrency to your Edge account from another wallet but still do not see it yet, please try the following:
Troubleshoot your internet connection. We recommend that you try switching between WiFi and cellular data, and possibly alternative WiFi networks to rule out any connectivity related issues.
Double check that the transaction is confirmed and was sent to the correct address. You may search the transaction ID from the sending wallet on a block explorer to verify.
โFor example, mempool.space is a great way to visualize status details for BTC transactions, and etherscan.io is best for Ethereum transactions. If you still are not seeing your recent deposit, you may want to try a 'Resync' on the wallet in question.
To do this, go to your 'Assets' page and hold down (long-press) on the wallet you sent to, or tap into it and use the 3 dots (โฎ), to open its menu. Find the option to 'Resync' this wallet and confirm the operation. If your wallet was out of sync, after a few moments, you will see any missing transactions that are present on-chain.
